Cutler Lake: Fish Removed, Lake Level Lowered As Construction Begins

Posted on 7/25/2017 by Engineering in Cutler Lake

ODNR has removed fish and lowered the lake level to prepare for the start of construction of improvements at Cutler Lake Dam in Blue Rock State Park. The fish were relocated to the nearby Muskingum River. The camper cabins, group camp, some campsites, and the picnic area and volleyball court on the west side of the camp store are closed for the duration of the project. All other park facilities at Blue Rock including trails, picnic areas, shelter houses and the camp store will remain open. The $4.3 million project is scheduled for completion in Summer, 2018.
