Dredging Resumed In Western Buckeye Lake

Posted on 5/18/2015 by Engineering in Buckeye Lake Dam

Dredging has resumed in the western portion of Buckeye Lake to continue creating a deeper navigational channel from Lieb’s Island to the area near the Seller’s Point spillway. As dredging activity is expected to increase by start of summer, additional navigation channels will become established. ODNR also says its personnel now will be more readily identified by wearing highly visible safety vests and carrying their State of Ohio employee identification when working on or near the dam.
